Surjit Sharma

Surjit Sharma is an experienced professional in the mining and mineral engineering industry, currently serving as AVP Operations at Aditya Birla Group since December 2024, focusing on coal mining MDO business. Prior to this role, Surjit was the Mines Site Head at Adani Enterprises Limited from February 2020 to January 2025, overseeing a techno-commercial greenfield coal mining project. Additional experience includes serving as Mines Head at Sical Logistics Ltd. for operations management and mining from February 2017 to January 2020, and as Project Manager Mines at Sadbhav Engineering Limited, where responsibilities included mine planning and management from October 2013 to January 2017.
