Sangeet Rattan

Sangeet Rattan is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in pharmacy operations, currently serving as Director, Pharmacy Operations at CareSource since September 2016. Sangeet has held various roles at CareSource, including Manager and Clinical Team Lead for Specialty Pharmacy, as well as Specialty Pharmacist focusing on Specialty Prior Authorization. Prior to CareSource, Sangeet worked as a Staff Pharmacist at Hocks Pharmacy from June 2014 to October 2016. Sangeet holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the same institution, completed in 2010.
