Kumar Swamy R.N has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kumar Swamy started their career in 1997 as a Sr Engineer at IFB Automotive Pvt Ltd. Kumar Swamy then joined Aditya Auto Products & Engineering (I) Pvt Ltd in 2002, where they worked as Deputy Manager Quality Assurance and later became the Manager of Manufacturing & Quality. During their time at Aditya Auto Products, they successfully set up a Greenfield unit and obtained approvals from Maruti Suzuki, Honda Motors, and Mahindra and Mahindra Haridwar. Kumar Swamy then joined TE Connectivity in 2011 as Manager QA and was responsible for Automotive Quality Assurance, new product development, and customer support. Kumar Swamy returned to Aditya Auto Products in 2012 as the Plant Head, where they led operations and quality systems to meet management goals and customer targets through training and quality improvement programs.
