Ludovic Reysset

Ludovic Reysset is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the food industry, currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of Plant-Based Platform at Sparkfood since January 2022. In addition to this role, Ludovic holds multiple Non-Executive Director positions at companies such as GREENFORCE, Gosh! Food Ltd, LA VIE™, and Mondarella, focusing on advancing plant-based food innovations. Prior to these positions, extensive experience was gained at Danone Dairy from 1997 to 2021, where Ludovic held various leadership roles including Managing Director for Portugal and VP Global Sales.
