Georgios Karadimas

Georgios Karadimas is currently an Associate at Adizes Institute. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at GEP from October 2017 to April 2019, where they increased total sales of the company by 17% K euro from 2017 to 2018. Georgios also played an instrumental role in the development and deployment of the organization's vision, values and strategic positioning. Furthermore, Georgios designed and implemented a number of critical processes including employee recruitment, employee training and development and customer complaints management.

Before their time at GEP, Georgios was a Senior Associate at Strategy Technics from October 2016 to October 2017.

Georgios Karadimas has a PhD in Organizational Transformation from Adizes Graduate School, an MSc in Operations & Logistics Management from University of Surrey, a DipM in Marketing Management from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, and an MBA in Finance from The University of Sheffield. Georgios also has a MEng in Computer Engineering & Science from University of Patras. Georgios is certified from Adizes Institute in TopLeaf Moderator in the Structures and Lifecycles of Organizations of the Adizes Methodology, TopLeaf Moderator in the Mastering Change of the Adizes Methodology, and TopLeaf Moderator in the Roles and Styles of Management of the Adizes Methodology. Georgios is also certified from Spiral Dynamics in SDi - Spiral Dynamics Integral Technologies Level One Certification and SDi - Spiral Dynamics Integral Technologies Level Two Certification.
