Jay Otto

Jay Otto has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jay currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Adjacent Health, a role they began in January 2023. Jay is also a Managing Partner at Remote Care Holdings LLC, starting in January 2023.

Prior to their current roles, Jay held positions at Teladoc Health from 2016 to 2023. Jay served as CFO for Teladoc Health for Hospitals and Health Systems from January 2021 to January 2023 and as Vice President of Corporate Development from February 2020 to January 2021. Jay also worked as the Director of Corporate Development from November 2016 to February 2020.

Before joining Teladoc Health, Jay worked at KAILAI Investments (Clarity China Partners) as a Senior Associate from December 2010 to April 2013. Jay started their career at Citi as an Investment Banking Analyst from June 2009 to December 2010.

Jay Otto attended Brunswick School from 1993 to 2005. Jay then pursued their higher education at Duke University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in East Asian Studies (Chinese). Later on, they attended The Wharton School from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
