Marine Petrosyan

Marine Petrosyan is a Customer Service Quality Specialist at adjarabet.am since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in quality control and technical support. Previously, Marine worked as a Technical Quality Control Specialist at Ucom from September 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities included call assessments, identifying training needs, and organizing coaching sessions for agents. Prior to that, Marine served as a Technical Support Specialist, managing technical customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Marine holds a Master's degree in Economics of Enterprises in the Information Technologies Field and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management of Enterprises in the Information Technologies Field, both from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.
