Mishka Bakhtadze has a diverse work experience in the field of design and project management. Starting in 2016, they worked at Smartweb as a Web Project Manager for two years. In 2018, they joined Circle. as a Project Manager for a period of seven months. In 2019, Mishka worked as a UI/UX Designer at Mobility for ten months, followed by a short-term role as a UI/UX Designer at Sweeft Digital Agency for two months. In 2020, they worked at Singular as a Product Designer for four months, and then joined TBC Pay as a Product Designer for ten months. In 2021, Mishka worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Webiz Georgia for one year. Currently, they are working at adjarabet.com as a Product Designer.
Mishka Bakhtadze began their education in 2014 at the Georgian Institute Of Public Affairs (GIPA), where they studied Public Relations. Mishka then continued their education at the Free University of Tbilisi starting in 2015, pursuing a Certificate in Marketing.
