Nini Arabuli has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nini started their career in 2014 as a Call Center Supervisor at Mr.Master and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Promoter for GRANDPRIX competition and later for a company called ვეოსორდი. In 2016, they also worked as a Customer Service Consultant and Cashier at TORTINI Cake factory.

In 2017, Nini joined Vabaco as a Customer Support Specialist and then transitioned to the role of Software QA Engineer in 2018. Nini worked there until November 2018.

Nini then joined Bank of Georgia in November 2018 as a Reporting Manager and later became a Data Researcher in May 2019. Nini left the company in November 2019.

Since November 2019, Nini has been working in the BI Department of adjarabet.com | aPeople, starting as a Data Analyst and then being promoted to the role of Process Manager in September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Georgia Service Operations Analysis Unit.

Nini Arabuli completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tbilisi State University from 2013 to 2017. Nini then pursued their Master's degree in Informatics and Management Systems at Georgian Technical University from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are studying for a Doctor's Degree in Control Systems- Automation and Test-Engineering at Georgian Technical University, starting in 2021.
