Tamar Miminoshvili has diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Their most recent position was as a Product Owner at adjarabet.com, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TBC Bank from 2014 to 2022.
During their tenure at TBC Bank, Tamar held several roles, including Loyalty Program Analyst from October 2022 to January 2023. In this role, they gained experience in working with Agile methodologies and coordinated multiple stages of a project.

Tamar Miminoshvili completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Marketing from Ilia State University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, between 2010 and 2014, Tamar obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Banking and Finance from Tbilisi State University.
Additionally, Tamar has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. These include completing the "Design Thinking for Innovation" course from the University of Virginia through Coursera Course Certificates in February 2021. In December 2020, Tamar completed the "Digital Media and Marketing Strategies" course from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign through Coursera Course Certificates, as well as the "Learning Design Research" program from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in November 2020, Tamar obtained a certification in "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2020: Go from Zero to Hero" from Udemy and "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google.
