Sabrina Di Marzio has a strong background in Human Resources, with a range of roles in various companies. Sabrina started their career in 2016 at PCC AEROSTRUCTURES, where they worked as an HR/Payroll Assistant and later became an HR Administrator. In 2018, they joined Cherry Aerospace as an HR Generalist and then moved to Pacific Premier Bank in 2019, where they worked as an HR Business Partner. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Business Partner II at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions. Sabrina then joined Chapman University in 2022 as an Employer Engagement Manager, overseeing recruiting programs and managing various systems. In 2023, they transitioned to Adjoin as the Director of Human Resources. Sabrina has experience in various HR functions and has worked with systems such as Handshake, PeopleGrove, Microsoft 365, Affinaquest, and LinkedIn Recruit.

Sabrina Di Marzio earned a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies with Summa Cum Laude honors from California Baptist University in 2020. Prior to that, they graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications - Interpersonal and Organizational. Sabrina also holds an AA-T degree in Communications with Honors and an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences with Honors from Fullerton College, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Sabrina obtained a certification in Mediation (DRPA) from California State University, Long Beach in 2017. Sabrina is also expected to receive certifications in Kickstart from The Career Leadership Collective and Employer Engagement Academy Micro Credential from Brainstorm Strategy Group Inc. in 2023.

Adjoin is a Not-For-Profit 501(c) (3) corporation committed to the success of the individuals we serve. Adjoin provides services and advocacy for people with disabilities and Veterans. We serve more than 1400 clients annually throughout the state ranging in age from 18 to 83 years. Our fundamental goal is to help people achieve a higher quality of life. We provide a continuum of services ranging from employment services, living services to crisis services for clients. Most of our services are provided on a one-to-one basis in the community: at the job and in the home. You will find us involved in such diverse areas as mental health support, recreation, client advocacy, education, health care support, housing, and employment. We assist our clients to be productive citizens by providing a living and work environment where they feel challenged, respected, and accountable as they strive to meet the demands of life. We have a staff of approximately 325 employees, all who play a vital role in the organization. Although our individual and professional experience is wide, the common thread throughout all of our services is our aim to transform lives.
