Broderick Daniels

Broderick Daniels serves as the Human Resources Director at Southern Bancorp since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership from previous roles at WEHCO Media, Inc. and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. From August 2019 to May 2023, Broderick held the position of Associate District Director for the Arkansas District of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, overseeing compliance and providing administrative support to local chapters.
