Previously, Mary served as an Assistant Chef at Bon Appetite Management Co, where responsibilities included preparing meals for over 400 students and faculty while creating new salad and side recipes daily. As a Marketing and Events Coordinator at The Alvarez Firm, Mary focused on advertising services, client outreach, and organizing events. Mary also gained experience as a Career Center Assistant and Bookstore Supervisor at Thomas Aquinas College, overseeing career events and managing the student bookstore. Earlier, Mary worked as a Language Teacher at Mother of Divine Grace School and as a Panera Associate. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Thomas Aquinas College, completed in 2022.
