Juan Camilo Parra Martínez

Juan Camilo Parra Martínez has a diverse range of experience in engineering, architecture, and education. Juan Camilo is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at ADL Digital Lab. Prior to this, they worked as a Professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali. Juan Camilo also served as a Systems Architect at EPAM Anywhere, where they led architectural tasks and decisions for Atlassian SaaS solutions. Juan Camilo was previously the Head of Engineering and Architecture at PRAGMA, where they provided support to software architects and development teams. Juan Camilo also worked as a Senior Software Architect at Aval Digital Labs, leading architectural tasks and transforming personal banking on web and mobile platforms. Before that, they held positions as an Instructor and Architect in the SOA/BPM field at Skuld S.A.S and Software Architect at PRAGMA S.A. Juan Camilo has also worked as a Presales Specialist at Oracle and a Software Consultant at IBM, advising customers on development, architecture, and design best practices. Juan Camilo's early experience includes working as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Secretaria Distrital de Movilidad.

Juan Camilo Parra Martínez completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas from 2006 to 2011. Juan Camilo then pursued a specialization in Software Engineering at the same university in 2013. In 2014, they attended Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) to earn a Master's degree in Business Process Management, which was completed in 2015.
