Luis's career began in 2011 as a freelance web designer and has included roles at notable firms such as DataCrédito Experian, Sophos Solutions S.A.S., and PRAGMA, where responsibilities encompassed user research, usability testing, and service design across various industries. Holding a degree in Digital Advertising from Universidad Central and advanced UX/UI training from Coderhouse, Luis combines strong design skills with a strategic approach to digital marketing and product development.
