Victoria Demby (Maiden Thiel) has a wealth of experience in the field of regulatory affairs. Her professional career began in 2002 as a Senior Scientist at Quest Pharmaceutical Services. Victoria then moved to GlaxoSmithKline in 2003 as a Section Manager of DMPK. In 2008, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Associate Director of Global Regulatory Strategy Management and Senior Research Investigator in the Submission Document Group. In 2014, they became an Invited Lecturer and Board Member at the University of Maryland. From 2012 to 2019, they held various roles at Merck, including Executive Director of Global Regulatory Liaison, Director of Worldwide Regulatory Strategy Lead/Liaison, and Director of Worldwide Regulatory Strategy Lead/Liaison. In 2019, they became the Global Regulatory Lead at Greenwich Biosciences and the Executive Director and Team Leader of Global Regulatory Affairs, Oncology at GSK. In 2020, they were a Lecturer for a Global Regulatory Affairs Introductory Course at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Adjunct Assistant Professor of Clinical Research and Leadership at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Victoria is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, Oncology at Adlai Nortye USA Inc.
Victoria Demby (Maiden Thiel) attended Council Rock High School from 1983 to 1987. Victoria then went on to pursue a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Vermont, which they completed in 1991. Finally, they earned a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from The University of Kansas in 2001.
