Beth Pinder

Beth Pinder is currently serving as the HR Projects and Integration Lead at Adler & Allan since September 2025. Prior to this role, Beth held various positions at DFS from December 2018 to August 2025, including Senior People Planning and Project Support Manager, where responsibilities included the development of the annual HR People Change & Activity plan and collaboration across teams. Earlier roles at DFS also included HR Business Partner for The Sofa Delivery Company and the internal Supply Chain, and People Specialist focusing on case work management. Beth's career began at XPO Logistics Europe, progressing from HR Administrator to HR Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 Project Manager Qualification from the Association for Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Huddersfield. Additional training in project management was completed through Lifetime Training.
