Shubham Raj

Shubham Raj currently serves as the Head of Talent Management & Development at Airtel since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shubham was the Lead Human Resource Business Partner for India and UK Business at Writer Corporation from June 2021 to May 2022, and co-founded The Corporate Decoders between February and November 2021. Shubham's experience also includes a position as a Recruitment Associate at BYJU'S in late 2020, a summer internship at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in 2019 focusing on benchmarking the flexible workforce, and writing roles at the Times of India and Circle of Cricket. Shubham holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
