Claire Rogers has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Environmental Services at Adler & Allan since April 2014, after progressing through roles as Regional HR Advisor and HR Coordinator. Prior to this, Claire worked at National Australia Bank from December 2005 to November 2013 as an E-learning Designer and Facilitator, where responsibilities included designing e-learning modules and delivering employee workshops. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at TGI Fridays and Smollensky's on The Strand, managing teams and focusing on customer experience. Claire holds an HND in Hospitality Administration/Management from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
