Joshua Parks is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the maritime law sector. Currently serving as a Shareholder and Counsel at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. since January 2017, Joshua previously held positions as an Associate at Betancourt, Van Hemmen, Greco & Kenyon LLC from September 2012 to December 2016, and as a Law Clerk at Lochner Law Firm, P.C. from September 2010 to September 2012. During the law clerk role, Joshua conducted legal research, drafted pleadings, and wrote articles on recent developments in recreational boating law. Additional experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP and a Judicial Intern at the Rhode Island Superior Court. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, where a Maritime Law Certificate was earned, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
