Nicole J. Benjamin is an accomplished attorney currently serving as a Shareholder at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. since September 2008. Notable achievements include leading a successful defense for an engine manufacturer in a wrongful death case linked to an aircraft accident and representing a pharmaceutical company in a significant multi-district antitrust litigation case. Prior to this role, Nicole was a Counsel and Litigation Associate and served as the lead law clerk to Chief Justice Frank J. Williams of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Rhode Island, where additional studies in Leadership were also pursued.
