YuhTyng Patka is a Partner at Adler & Stachenfeld LLP, where they chair the NYC Real Estate Tax & Incentives Practice Group. With previous experience as an Associate Attorney at Tuchman Korngold Weiss Lippman & Gelles LLP and Jaspan Schlesinger LLP, they have specialized in property tax appeals and tax incentive programs for NYC real estate stakeholders. Patka holds a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.S. in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University.
