Sanjeev Gulati

Sanjeev Gulati currently serves as Expert Associate Partner and Chief Architect at Bain & Company since September 2025. Before this role, Sanjeev held several significant positions including Global Industry Lead, Chief Architect, and Principal Architect at Enterprise Blueprints from February 2014 to September 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Digital Architect (Chief) at NFU Mutual, Sr. Enterprise Architect at Nationwide Building Society, and various leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Tata Consultancy Services. Sanjeev began his career at Royal Scandia Bank. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, completed in 2000.
