Justin Daniels

Justin Daniels' work experience includes a variety of roles in the flooring industry. Justin started their career at Armstrong World Industries in 2011 as a Field Service Representative, responsible for growing sales in southwest Texas. Justin then progressed to roles such as Midwest Builder/Property Management Rep, where they managed relationships with top national builders and property management firms throughout the Midwest. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Wood Segment Manager for the Southwest Region, where they maximized sales opportunities with retail customers. In 2017, they joined Armstrong Flooring, Inc. as an Operations Manager, focusing on building strong business relationships and implementing marketing initiatives. Currently, Justin is the Vice President of the Commercial Division at Adleta, where they oversee the business unit's P&L and has successfully grown top-line sales. Their experience includes sales management, account management, and product marketing.

Justin Daniels attended Viterbo University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management. In April 2019, they also completed a certification course in Introduction to Corporate Finance through Coursera.
