Senior Customer Success Account Manager - Enterprise at Adlumin

David M. has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. David currently holds the position of Customer Success Manager of Western US at Adlumin since April 2022, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value of the cybersecurity investment in Adlumin's MDR++ platform.

Prior to this, David served in the US Army from 2013 to 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Information Technology Director of Leader Training Brigade (LTB), where they supervised soldiers, civilians, and contractors, and managed various IT functions such as network and system administration, information assurance, web development, and service desk support. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Assistant Director of Training at the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence, overseeing the training and development of soldiers in a signal company.

David's military experience also includes roles such as the Manager of the Network Support Team in Camp Buehring Kuwait, where they provided tactical and strategic connectivity for 5,000 customers in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and as the Company Executive Officer at 519th Signal Company in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, delivering network capabilities to US military and coalition forces in Southwest Asia.

Their work experience also includes an internship at Army ROTC, where they served as a Security & S6 Public Affairs Army ROTC Intern from 2008 to 2012.

David M. attended East Tennessee State University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Systems. In addition to their degree, David also holds several certifications. In March 2013, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA. In February 2013, they also obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification, also from CompTIA. Lastly, in August 2020, David obtained their FAA Remote Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
