Natalie Miller

Natalie Miller is a project manager at ADM Associates since June 2022, previously serving as a scientific researcher at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from June 2018 to January 2022, where significant contributions included leading European Union research projects on resilience engineering and preparing educational materials for graduate-level courses. Prior to this, Natalie was a master’s student focusing on a thesis that evaluated the resilience of power grids against natural disasters, which involved developing a topology model of the Puerto Rican power grid and utilizing complex networks for analysis. Natalie's early career included a safety intern position at Oldcastle Precast, where contributions to safety programs improved audit scores and employee training. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Systems Engineering from The University of Freiburg.
