Simon Napper

Simon Napper currently serves as Head of ADMISI IT & Global IT Governance at ADM Investor Services International Limited since November 2023. Previously, Simon held the position of CIO at VTB Bank (Europe) SE for a brief period in early 2022, where responsibilities included managing IT strategy, budget, and security functions across multiple international locations. Simon also served as CIO at VTB Capital from February 2012 to January 2022, overseeing technology operations and cybersecurity for regions outside of Russia. Earlier roles include Senior Programme Manager and various leadership positions at CMC Markets, where responsibilities spanned global technology change management and software development. Simon earned a BSc in Physics from the University of Nottingham between 1993 and 1996.
