Fatima Zohra Baroudi

Fatima Zohra Baroudi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as Responsable d’activité and Responsable de production at ADM VALUE since November 2013, Fatima oversees multiple projects, analyzes client needs, and supervises project design and execution while also participating in team recruitment and development. Previously, as Team Manager, Fatima organized team activities to meet objectives, motivated team members, and contributed to optimizing organizational processes. Fatima began their career as an event coordinator for Festival Mawazine from May 2010 to June 2012. Fatima holds a Licence in Sciences physiques from Mohammed V University in Rabat, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
