Shane Stremming

Shane Stremming has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, starting with their current role as Vice President of Biocenters Plasma Operations at ADMA BioCenters. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Grifols, including Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Business Integration (M&A), Director of Program Management, Associate Director of Operations, and Regional Operations Manager. Shane also served as a Center Manager at Alpha Therapeutic. Throughout their career, Shane has managed large teams, overseen diverse aspects of operations, conducted budget management, and implemented strategic initiatives for organizational growth.

Shane Stremming holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Political Science from Washburn University. Shane also has an Associate's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Hutchinson Community College. In addition to their formal education, Shane has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com, Scrum Master Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute, The Art of Mergers & Acquisitions from M&A Leadership Council, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
