Bryan Paulson began their career in 2001 at jcpenney as a Regional Project Manager-Operations. Bryan was then promoted to Senior Project Manager-Store Operations, Senior Project Manager-Supply Chain Operations, Senior Project Manager-Logistics, and Senior Project Manager-Customer Care & Supply Chain Initiatives. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Customer Care Centers, where they led Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives for the national retail organization's supply chain network. In 2014, they joined Admail West as Sr. Director of Operations, where they were responsible for profit/loss, overseeing the day-to-day operations of production, data processing, digital printing and warehouse areas. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Initiatives & Compliance, where they oversaw the IT operations of the company specializing in printing, mailing, and fulfillment services, with multiple facilities, while still managing special projects in other areas. Bryan supervised an IT staff of 4 and a large budget, and was responsible for systems, software, information security, hardware, and maintenance, and additionally directed building maintenance and facilities support, ISO/SOC2/HIPPA compliance, and Safety.
Bryan Paulson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Public Relations from Central Washington University. Bryan also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from LeanCore.
