Marlon Chigwende

Marlon Chigwende is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Admaius Capital Partners since November 2020, Marlon has a notable history of leadership roles, including Managing Partner at Arkana Partners and Managing Partner for Sub Sahara Africa at The Carlyle Group. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director and Head of Private Equity Africa at Standard Chartered and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs International. Marlon began a career in finance at JPMorgan and has held a position at Greenhill as an Associate. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Actuarial Studies from Southampton University and completed education at St Georges College in Harare, Zimbabwe.
