Aarti Pandya

Aarti Pandya serves as the Corporate HR Head at Admark Polycoats Pvt. Ltd. since August 2024, overseeing HR functions across four manufacturing companies in the Industrial Paints and Coatings sector. Aarti has accumulated extensive HR experience with previous roles including Manager HR & Administration at Yasho Industries Limited, Manager HR and Administration at Indo Baijin Chemicals Private Limited, and Deputy Manager HR and Administration at Songwon Industrial Group. Starting the HR career as an HR Officer at Borosil Renewables Ltd., Aarti developed skills in recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations. Aarti holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, a Bachelor of Laws from M.S.K. College of Law, and an MBA in Human Resources from Indira Gandhi National Open University, complemented by a diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a diploma in Aviation Hospitality & Travel Management.
