Lonnie Klein

Lonnie Klein is the current Vice President of Talent Acquisition at adMarketplace. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at adMarketplace from November 2013 to October 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters across sales, publisher development, ad ops, technology, marketing, product, finance. Lonnie also streamlined the interviewing process with CEO, President and Department Heads.

During their tenure at adMarketplace, Klein successfully decreased time-to-fill and increased retention while reducing recruiting costs. Lonnie also worked closely with HR and Finance to implement best practices, an employee referral program, succession planning, on-boarding and training. In addition, they managed ATS and 3rd party relationships and was responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly recruiting metrics.

Lonnie Klein earned a bachelors degree in Economics from Bates College. Lonnie also attended Riverdale Country School.

They are on a team with Chang Gao - Vice President of Finance & Operations, Sam Pitt - Vice President, Strategic Partnerships - EMEA, and Chris Lehman - Senior Vice President of Sales. Their manager is Jamie Hill, Chairman & CEO .
