Nitesh Rath has a diverse range of work experience. Nitesh started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer from September 2014 to June 2016. Nitesh then joined Merkle Sokrati as a Business Analyst from October 2017 to June 2018, where they executed and optimized marketing campaigns on various social media channels.

In 2019, Nitesh worked as an Assistant Manager at Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd., where they set up their D2C E-commerce business and managed strategic partnerships for marketing campaigns and e-commerce stock management.

Starting from July 2020 to February 2021, Nitesh worked as a Brand Strategist at TikTok. In this role, they collaborated with content partnership and product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, advised customers on TikTok performance tracking, and led in-house research projects on consumer behavior.

From July 2021 to January 2023, Nitesh served as a Lead Product Specialist at Sprinklr. Nitesh consulted leading brands on their social and analytics strategies for paid media, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and analyzed campaign performance and targets.

Currently, Nitesh is employed at Admattic as a Senior Manager - Client Solutions (UK & EU) starting from February 2023.

Nitesh Rath completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from MICA | The School of Ideas in 2019. Prior to that, they had obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar in 2014.
