Brenda Burgess obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nutritional Biochemistry & Physiology from Rutgers University between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology with a minor in French from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2006 and 2010.
