Paulina Schab is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a People Experience Business Partner at Admind Branding & Communications since May 2021, where responsibilities include building relationships with leaders, ensuring HR practices align with labor laws, and optimizing performance management processes. Previously, Paulina held roles at Grupa ATERIMA as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and at Underscore Marketing as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Additionally, Paulina has a strong background in marketing and project management from various positions including Junior Marketing Analyst and Sales Advisor.
