Britt Mäkinen

Britt Mäkinen is a Finnish business executive who currently serves as the Service Director at Administer. Prior to their current role, Mäkinen worked as a group manager at Resurs Bank, finance and services manager at Ellos Group, and national quality and recruiting manager at OP Financial Group.

Mäkinen began their career in 2001 at Teleperformance, where they worked their way up from account manager to human resources coordinator and supervisor. In 2005, they left Teleperformance to join OP Financial Group as their national quality and recruiting manager. After four years at OP Financial Group, Mäkinen moved to Ellos Group where they served as their finance and services manager for Finland. In 2013, Mäkinen left Ellos Group to join Resurs Bank as their group manager. Britt remained with Resurs Bank until 2015 when they joined Administer as their Service Director.

Britt Mäkinen attended häme university of applied sciences and then tampere university of applied sciences.
