The current leadership team at Administer has a strong focus on customer excellence, which is evident by their previous experiences in the hospitality industry. Both the head of customer excellence and the front office have worked for companies like Lindstrom and Bonfinn Oy, which are known for their high-quality customer service. In addition, both members of the leadership team have received education in business administration, sales, and marketing from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. This gives them the knowledge and skills necessary to provide excellent customer service and run a successful business.
