Josh Amidon is currently the Professional Services Manager at Administrate. Josh previously worked at Wildfire Defense Systems, Inc. from September 2009 to June 2017 as the Project Manager. In their eight years with Wildfire Defense Systems, they led the development efforts of and internal staff administration software platform that included property wildfire risk assessment. Josh also played a lead role as liaison between IT development team staff and upper managers to ensure development efforts align with business needs. Finally, they were a primary trainer of both internal and external staff in their use of a variety of software tools, traveling as needed to ensure functionality needs are being met and skills meet required levels.
