Nirmalya Bagchi

Nirmalya Bagchi currently serves as the Head of ASCI Business School and holds several directorial roles at the Administrative Staff College of India, focusing on education, training, consulting, and research. Nirmalya also chairs the Bella Vista Innovation Foundation since June 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Lecturer and Computer Centre Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and as a Lecturer at the Institute of Engineering and Management. Nirmalya's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Information Management from the University of Calcutta and an MBA in Operations Research and Information Management from Jadavpur University, among other academic achievements.
