David Collins

David Collins has extensive experience in investigative and management roles within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Anthem since May 2008, David oversees a team focused on multiple state markets. Simultaneously, as the Director of Summer Programs at Admiral Farragut Academy, David manages academic initiatives for both domestic and international students. Previous positions include Senior Investigator at Amerigroup Corporation and WELLCARE HEALTH PLANS, where David focused on fraud and compliance investigations, and Director at MAXIMUS, leading projects aimed at preventing healthcare fraud. David also brings a strong background in private investigations from work with Maya & Maya, Inc., and held the role of COO at VeteransPlus during its foundational phase. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Culver-Stockton College.
