Ailanore Harper is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Admiral Group Plc since June 2021, Ailanore previously held key positions at Boston Consulting Group as Principal and Associate Director, focusing on M&A and post-merger integration. Ailanore’s experience includes a role as Vice President of Corporate Development at Barclays, where M&A transactions were executed across various sectors, and prior positions at DC Advisory Partners and JPMorgan Chase, specializing in advisory services and transactions. Ailanore began the career as an ECM analyst at Citi after completing a dual educational background in Medicine with a focus on Genetics of Cancer and Immunology from the University of Cambridge and Clinical Medicine from King’s College London.
