Jenna Day

Jenna Day is an accomplished Operations Manager at Admiral Group Plc since August 2010, overseeing the Counter Fraud department's causation and liability teams in Cardiff. Prior to this role, Jenna served as a Team Manager in both Quality Assurance and High Value Claims, with extensive experience managing complex claims up to £250k and handling serious injury claims ranging from £50k to £13m. Jenna's career began at DAC Beachcroft LLP as a Claims Representative and at DAS as a Claims Specialist. Currently pursuing advanced education, Jenna is enrolled in a Master's program in Business Administration and Management and is pursuing a CMI Level 7 in Educational Leadership and Administration. Additionally, Jenna is studying for an ILM Level 5 in Organizational Leadership.
