Zara Westlake

Zara Westlake is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and project management. Currently at Admiral Group Plc since April 2011, Zara has held various positions including Human Resources Business Analyst, People and Communications Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner, Business Analyst (HRIS), Administration Team Manager (L&D), and Graduate Trainee. Prior to this, Zara worked as a Research and Information Officer at City & County of Swansea, contributing to a European Funded Rural Development Project focused on promoting local produce. Zara holds a BSc in Human and Physical Geography from the University of Reading and has completed studies in Business Studies, Sociology, and Geography at Gorseinon College.
