Paul Scott Thomas has extensive experience in human resources and administration, serving as an HR System Administrator for iTrent at Admiral Group Plc since November 2003. In this role, Paul oversees the HR management software and has transitioned through various positions, including a Project Executive during a 12-month secondment, which later became a permanent role. Additionally, Paul began their career at Admiral Insurance as an Accounts Clerk, focusing on workflow improvement and software solutions. Outside of the corporate sector, Paul operated as a freelance photographer from April 2013 to April 2016, specializing in live music and event photography. Paul holds a 1st Diploma in Animal Care from Pencoed College.
