Jaime Fuentes is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and CRM, currently serving as the CRM Leader at UTP Universidad Tecnológica del Perú since November 2024. Previously, Jaime held various roles at Yanbal, including Head of Digital MKT & CRM, with responsibilities encompassing CRM strategy, digital channel analytics, SEO, and management of digital tools across multiple countries. Jaime's experience also includes teaching positions at Idat and significant consulting roles at Techedge Group and Accenture, focusing on digital sales tools and mobile banking projects. With a comprehensive background in system analysis and architecture at IBM and Banco de Credito del Peru, Jaime possesses a robust expertise in CRM implementation and project management, bolstered by a degree in Systems Engineering and ongoing studies in Customer Intelligence.
