Salvatore Cossu

Salvatore Cossu currently serves as a Senior CRM Team Leader and Marketing Operations Team Leader at Betclic Group since September 2023. Prior to this, Salvatore was the Head of CRM at Ornikar, where significant achievements included rebuilding the CRM team, implementing a new CRM tool (Braze), and improving conversion rates significantly. Earlier roles included Head of CRM at Lydia, where Salvatore established the CRM department and managed multi-country support, and CRM Manager at Heetch, focusing on user engagement. Salvatore has experience in leadership and team management across various sectors, including significant stints in the music industry and camp management. Salvatore holds a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
