Ray Mossman has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Co-Owner and Lab Manager at Admix since August 2017. Prior to this role, Ray held several positions at NEIFT, including President, President Elect, and Member at Large from September 2013 to August 2024. Ray's previous experience includes New Product Development at High Liner Foods and Research and Development roles at American Seafoods and HJ Heinz. Ray started a career in consumer roles at Nissan North America from 1996 to 2010. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts, both from Johnson & Wales University.
