Igor Bezsalov has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Igor began their career as a Junior System Administrator at the National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use. In 2015, they joined Zoom Support and held various roles including Technical Coach, Quality Assurance (Support Department), Technical Support Team Lead, Technical Support Agent, and Sales Agent. In 2017, they became a Technical Consultant at the Product Team for ZoomSupport for Business, where they were responsible for supporting agents' workflows, conducting product research, testing competitors, and creating services for SMB. In 2018, they joined FigLeaf App as Head of Customer Support, where they were responsible for the company's "privacy-by-design" approach. Currently, they are the Technical Support Lead at LandVault (formerly Admix).

Igor Bezsalov attended IT Academy Step from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Specialist degree in Computer Software Engineering (partially) and System Administrator (completed). Igor also attended the National University of Water Management and Natural Resources Uses from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Integrated Technologies and Factory Automation. In 2015, they obtained an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.10 certification from Apple.
