Kashif Mahmood

Kashif Mahmood currently serves as Group Chief Investment Officer at Modon and Group Chief Investment & Strategy Officer at ADNEC Group, roles held since April 2023. Previously, Kashif held multiple positions at ADQ from 2019 to April 2023, including Director and Principal in M&A & Alternative Investments. Prior professional experience includes a tenure at PwC from 2004 to 2019 as Director in M&A, Corporate Finance & Transaction Services, where expertise encompassed corporate finance, valuation advisory services, debt restructuring, and financial modeling. Additionally, Kashif worked in corporate internal audit and finance at Engro Corp in 2008-2009. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and GCE A and O Levels from Saint Patrick's High School and Choufeit.
